Chiropractic Care For Seniors : A 20 Minute Workout (Chair Exercise Sitting)
When it comes to Chiropractic Care For Seniors, it may not be necessary IF u can keep yourself in decent shape.
This 24 min. video is a light workout, and involves BOTH your Arms & your legs. Certainly, it involves dumbbells – albeit lightweight ones. This will make your CALVES “feel the burn”.
I want you to know that, going in. You’ll be using your own Body weight – it’s your choice on what you do. Get as many reps as you can. Be sure to BREATHE throughout ! And keep good Posture. You will do some DYNAMIC warm-ups first, before you really get going.
Curls will be done, Leg extensions – as well as a “Row” and “fly”.
For one of the exercises, you’ll be bent over (but NO slouching allowed, keep your BACK STRAIGHT) — this occurs at around 6:47.
FINAL NOTE /TIP: REMEMBER, it’s allowed to SWITCH OVER to lighter weight dumbbells (instead of quitting after 15 min.). 23 minutes total exercise time.
